What is the Vemma Platinum Club?

Take your success on the road with the Vemma Platinum Club! One of the most exciting ways in which we reward our Vemma Brand Partners is by providing them with an opportunity to earn monthly bonus payments towards a BMW/Mercedes*. Brand Partners who achieve the rank of Platinum Status for the first time and maintain that status for two consecutive months while being Platinum Momentum Bonus qualified are eligible for this vehicle incentive program. What do I need to do to qualify?

To qualify for this program, you must be an active Brand Partner in good standing, Platinum or higher, with the company. “Active” is defined as having a minimum 120 reward point Auto-delivery on file; purchase a Builder Silver Pack or Gold within your first 90 days as a Vemma Brand Partner;** rank advance to the Platinum level and maintain Platinum “Paid As” status for two months while being Platinum Momentum Bonus qualified. How do I submit my lease/purchase agreement for approval?

Please sign and send Vemma Platinum Club Agreement and Acknowledgement of Responsibility and send it to Vemma Europe along with your lease or purchase agreement, a picture of yourself with your new BMW/Mercedes*, and your success story to Attention: Vemma Platinum Club at 00 48 58 6683146 (fax) or VemmaPlatinumClub@vemma.eu.

How quickly will I be approved and notified?

If you are qualified, have met all requirements, and have correctly completed the agreement, you can expect to be approved and notified via email within 5 business days.

What are the terms of this program?

Once you have met the qualifications as defined above, you must opt-in or out of the Platinum Club Program to receive the Platinum Club Car Bonus.

If you opt-in, you have three months to purchase or lease a BMW/Mercedes* that meets the below criteria:

The BMW/Mercedes* must be 3 years or newer at the time of purchase or lease.
The color must be Platinum (Titan Silver 354 or Space Grey A52), Black or White.
No motorcycles or Mini Coopers are allowed under this program.
You must agree to affix to the BMW/Mercedes* the Vemma branding package you are provided with for the term of your participation in this bonus program.

Once you have leased or purchased your BMW/Mercedes*, you must submit your paper work for approval to receive your monthly Platinum Club Car Bonus. Additionally, each year you must submit proof of vehicle registration for continued payment. Finally, your car cannot exceed 5 years in age as it will not meet our branding standards. Therefore, 90-days prior to its 5 year anniversary, we will send you a courtesy note to lease or purchase a new BMW/Mercedes*.

Do you have a specific BMW/Mercedes* dealer that I need to work with?

No, anyone at your local BMW/Mercedes* dealer should be able to assist you.

Does the car have to be platinum? Can I get another color?

To participate in the Vemma Platinum Program you must adhere to the official rules. The official color for the Vemma Platinum Program is the BMW/Mercedes* Platinum (Titan Silver 354 or Space Grey A52), Black or White.

Can I purchase a BMW/Mercedes* motorcycle or Mini Cooper?

No. The Vemma Platinum Club is specifically for BMW* model cars and SUVs.

Can I purchase or lease a pre-owned BMW/Mercedes*?

Yes, as long as it is not more than 3 years old at the time of purchase or lease and is Platinum in color (Titan Silver 354 or Space Grey A52), Black or White.

If I do not wish to be a part of the car program can I get the cash instead?

Yes. The cash option pays out 50% of the Platinum Club Car Bonus. Please sign and return the Platinum Club Agreement located here.

Can I earn the monthly car bonus payout amount before I get my BMW/Mercedes*?

Yes. For the first three consecutive 4-week periods, when the Platinum Club Momentum Bonus qualification is achieved, Vemma Europe will allow you to earn the full Platinum Club Car Bonus, dependent on your rank. Each period must be qualified for individually to earn the Platinum Club Car Bonus.

Can I earn both Platinum Momentum bonus and the car bonus?

No, the Platinum Club Car Bonus replaces the Platinum Momentum Bonus once you have submitted the required paperwork and have been approved by Vemma Europe.

* Mercedes brand will be exceptionally accepted as a second car option for European Brand Partners. Accepted colors for Mercedes brand are Iridium Silver 975 and Palladium Silver 792, Black or White.

**Grandfathered Clause: Individuals who become Vemma Brand Partners by December 2, 2011 have until March 1st, 2012 to purchase a Builder Silver or Gold Pack in order to qualify to become a member of the Vemma Platinum Club.
